+ What is the Lead with Love Summit?

The Lead with Love Summit is the global gathering and training for heart-centered leaders featuring movement, meditation, conscious capitalism, time in nature, experiential & immersive workshops & talks, music, art & a renewed focus on social impact & business as a force for good!

+ Who should attend?

Leaders, Adventurers, Entrepreneurs, Founders, Humanitarians, Philanthropists, Social Activists, Consultants, Change-Agents and all who are interested in how they and their organizations can make a deeper impact through leadership.

+ Are you still accepting speakers?

Our schedule is full for this years Summit. But we invite you join us as an attendee to meet the team and get a feel for the event. This will increase your opportunity to be considered as a presenter for upcoming Lead with Love events.

+ Can I get a pass for only two of the conference days?

We currently do not provide such tickets. We recommend buying either two one-day passes or a full Summit pass.

+ Who counts as a ‘nonprofit’?

To be considered a ‘nonprofit’ please fill out this FORM. If you are unsure about your nonprofit status, please contact us at hello@ileadwithlove.org.

+ Where should I stay?

A limited number of discounted rooms are available at the Aspen Meadows Resort at a first come first serve basis. Additional rooms can be found on the lodging page.

+ Are meals included with my pass?

Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks are included with the 4-Day Pass, Fellows, Sponsors, and 1 Day Pass Options. Food is not provided for the 4-Day Transferrable, or 4-Day Non-Profit. Platos Restaurant will be open on-site to purchase meals and we recommend bringing snacks.

+ Where does the 2018 Lead with Love Summit take place?

The Summit takes place at the Aspen Meadows Resort, home of the Aspen Institute. Programming will take place in the Doerr Hosier Building and the Resnick-Malek Health Center.

+ How can I request a press pass?

Please fill out the request for a Press Pass form HERE.

+ Are there any scholarships available?

Yes, the application for a scholarship will be released on September 5th.

+ Are you still accepting volunteers?

Yes, to apply to volunteer please fill out the form HERE.

+ How can I request a refund for my pass?

All types of passes are non-refundable, but they are transferrable. Also, it is possible to give your conference pass to another person. See below for how you can change the ticket holder.

+ How can I transfer my pass to a different person?

You can request a transfer of your conference pass to another person by filling in the Ticket Transfer Form. Please note that ticket transfers must be requested at the latest on October 22nd. If you purchased a transferable pass, the pass will be signed out onsite each time a new user comes to pick it up.

+ Where will I pick up my pass?

Passes will be available for pick up Wednesday evening, Oct 24th, at registration and throughout the Summit in the Resnick-Malek Health Center.

+ Do I need to register for sessions?

Space in sessions is limited. We request you arrive fifteen minutes prior to a session to secure your seat. If you have a Fellows, One For One, or Sponsorship Pass, your seat, or mat space will be reserved.

+ How do I create my schedule?

Log into the Sched app here. If you need to reset your password click here. Click on the small circle left of the class title to ADD it to your schedule and you’re enrolled. There is no "submit" or "save" as it’s automatic.

You can VIEW your schedule by clicking on your Avatar (thumbnail image next to the word Schedule). If a class is full, you can always attend on a "space available" basis!

+ Do I need to create a schedule?

It is not required, but recommended so you are familar with the schedule and can plan your day accordingly.

+ What should I bring?

Layered clothing for cool weather, pen + notebook, business cards, yoga mat (mats will also be available for purchase on site), yoga props and reusable water bottle

+ What should I wear?

What ever you feel your best in! Please bring comfortable clothing for the movement, closed toe shoes if you be hiking and a Gipsy costume if you will be joining us for the closing party! We also recommend layering as indoor temperatures may be low.

+ Should I prepare for the altitude?

YES, Aspen is situated at nearly 8,000 feet above sea level.

+ Where is the closest airport?

Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE) is three miles from downtown and a 30-minute flight from Denver International Airport (DIA).

+ Will there be transportation on-site to town?

Yes, there will be free shuttles as well as Aspen Buses going from The Aspen Meadows to Downtown. The City of Aspen runs a free, city-wide bus system. The cross-town shuttle runs every 30 minutes to and from downtown Aspen to the Aspen Institute campus and the Benedict Music Tent, between 7:54 am and 9:00 pm daily. Outbound: from Rubey Park Transit Center (downtown Aspen) to campus at :06 and :36 past each hour. Inbound: from campus (at the Benedict Music Tent parking lot) to Rubey Park Transit Center at :15 and :45 past each hour. + Will there be bikes available to use?

Yes, Lead with Love is a proud support of We-Cycle, bike sharing. WE-Cycle bikes are a fast and convenient way to get around. Stations are located throughout town and on the Aspen Institute campus near the Aspen Meadows reception and in front of the Paepcke building.

+ What does my experience level need to be for any of the movement sessions?

All Summit sessions are accessible for all skill levels.
